John 4: 1-26 THE WELL

At the well in John 4, Jesus exposes the thirst beneath our thirst—the ache we keep trying to satisfy with things that cannot give us life. The Samaritan woman is us: different stories, different wells, the same thirsty soul. Jesus knows every chapter of her life, yet still offers her living water. That grace flows through the cross, where the Savior cries, “I thirst,” to bring thirsty sinners into everlasting life. The invitation is personal: come to Him and drink.
