1 Peter 3:8-17

In 1 Peter 3:8–17, Peter urges believers to live in unity, humility, and compassion—responding to evil with blessing, not retaliation. He reminds them that God watches over the righteous and that even suffering for doing good is a blessing. Christians are to honor Christ in their hearts, be ready to explain their hope with gentleness, and keep a clear conscience, trusting that it’s better to suffer for righteousness than for wrongdoing.
