Philippians 3:17-21

In Philippians 3:17–21, Paul urges believers to follow his example and avoid living like those whose minds are set on earthly things. He contrasts these enemies of the cross—who chase indulgence and shameful desires—with true disciples whose citizenship is in Heaven. There, we await our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly bodies to be like His glorious, resurrected body. Our eternal hope is not in this world, but in the coming resurrection, when Christ will remake us by the same power with which He rules all things.
