Charlie Kirk Memoriam
We are heartbroken by the tragedy of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, and in this painful moment, the call of Christ in Matthew 5 resounds more urgently than ever: to love our enemies, to pray for those who persecute us, to bless those who curse us, to seek peace rather than vengeance. These teachings are not easy or passive—they’re radical and costly—but they reflect a higher love, the love of our Father in Heaven, who calls us to embody compassion, forgiveness, and truth even when it hurts. Today, we grieve with the family, we refuse to respond with hate, we seek justice through peaceful means, and we pray for healing—for visible wounds and those we cannot see. May our response be shaped not by fear or anger, but by the example of Christ—loving without condition, forgiving without hesitation, and standing firm in faith.
